What Working Together Looks Like
Every coaching journey is different—because every human is different. There’s no rigid formula here, just a thoughtful process designed to meet you where you are and support where you're going.
Step 1: We Connect
We start with a clarity call—a no-pressure, heart-to-heart where you get to share what’s going on and what you’re hoping for. It’s your space to be seen, heard, and supported from the very beginning.
Step 2: We Explore
Together, we dig into the thoughts, patterns, and beliefs that are keeping you stuck. Through honest conversation, reflection tools, and a whole lot of compassion, we get clear on what needs to shift.
Step 3: We Take Aligned Action
This is where healing turns into doing. I’ll guide you through personalized steps, tools, and practices to help you build trust with yourself and create meaningful change—without perfection or pressure.
Step 4: We Grow Into It
Coaching isn’t just about insight—it’s about integration. As things begin to shift, I’ll be there for continued support and guidance. Together, we’ll anchor the changes so they actually stick—and expand with you as you evolve.

Coaching Vs Therapy
Are you my therapist in this coaching relationship?
No—I am not acting as your therapist in this coaching relationship. While I am a therapist by training, this service is coaching, not therapy. Coaching is future-focused, collaborative, and action-oriented, and it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching may be a good fit if you're feeling stuck, disconnected from your body, or overwhelmed by the constant pull of diet culture—but you’re ready to grow, take action, and create meaningful change. If you're currently in therapy or have completed it and want extra support around food, body image, or empowerment, coaching can be a powerful next step.
What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?
Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, managing mental health symptoms, and working through trauma, typically within a licensed and regulated framework. Coaching, on the other hand, is about helping you move forward, set goals, and create lasting change through support and accountability. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, and it is not appropriate for individuals in acute mental health crises.
How does your background as a therapist influence your coaching?
My experience as a therapist deeply informs my coaching—but I stay within the scope of coaching. That means I bring my understanding of emotional regulation, body image work, and eating disorder recovery to our sessions in a way that empowers you—not diagnoses you. I use evidence-informed strategies to guide our work while keeping the focus on growth and action.
What can I expect from working with you as a coach?
You can expect a safe, collaborative space where we’ll work toward food freedom, body trust, and empowered living. I’ll guide you with a mix of intuitive strategies, lived experience, and clinical insight—all rooted in a non-judgmental, supportive relationship. Together, we’ll identify what's keeping you stuck and help you step into lasting, aligned change.
Can I work with you if I’m currently in therapy?
Yes! Coaching can complement your therapy work, especially if your therapist is supportive of the process. Many of my coaching clients are also in therapy, and we focus on building practical tools and momentum in areas where they feel ready for change outside the therapy space.
